Smoke & Soul BBQ started with a simple belief — real BBQ takes time, patience, and wood. No shortcuts, no gas flames, no excuses. Everything we serve is smoked low and slow the way it's been done for generations.
We're proud to be one of the founding food trucks at Lake Wylie Commissary Kitchen, serving the Lake Wylie and Charlotte area with BBQ that makes you close your eyes on the first bite.
